Thanks Nicky and Team Malloy for making the sale of our house super easy and successful in what looks like a bit of a doom market. It honestly couldn't have been easier right from initial queries, to listing and then getting all the bits and pieces like staging sorted for us. We couldn't recommend Team Malloy more strongly!
Thank you so much to Nicky and the team for selling our house. We were under offer after only five days on the market! The whole process has been smooth and we couldn’t be happier. A very down to earth family who know their stuff and make you feel so comfortable during the whole process. Would recommend to all.
I cannot say enough about team Malloy and how helpful they were with the selling and then buying process. Our place took a while to sell, and we felt supported at every moment. The team came up with different ideas to help boost our house and get us extra viewers etc. and put a lot of extra time and thought in. Team Malloy really have gone above and beyond and become friends to us. Thanks so much for everything!
Overall good experience, on the outset I think we all thought it was going to sell quicker than we did but got there in the end 👍
We are very happy with Nicky and her team to help us to sell the house this year and we will not hesitate to recommend Nicky to everyone who wishes to sell house in Auckland as she is a very professionals person who has an extensive knowledge in Real Estate as well as her passion in property and she always consider both side of the vendor and purchaser to create a win-win situation to achieve an excellent results and we wish her and her team well & we will ask her again if we have any families or friends to sell house in the close future.
Team Malloy were my people right from the start. The market has been slow, so patience was required from all of us, and these guys have it. The process of working with this fantastic team felt more like a friendship. They never pushed me or made me feel undervalued. With this team I always felt heard and I enjoyed the continued communication with little video clips, and emails. I love honesty, integrity, fun and presence, which these guys have in abundance! This team will meet you where you are at and do their utmost to find the results you desire. These guys are your people! Highly recommend them!
This was not the first time we have worked with team Malloy and we would highly recommend them to everyone! They go out of their way to ensure the process is as easy as possible. They looked after us as vendors and took very good care of our tentants during the process. While we don’t plan on buying or selling again anytime soon we will keep in touch with Nicky + Georgia as we have built a fantastic relationship. Thank you again Malloys! ❤️
Loved the consistent communication with the what's app video updates after the open homes. Made it so easy to keep my family informed on what was happening
Working with the Malloys team as a whole has been an amazing experience. Nicky has been super friendly from the very first open home we attended and has helped with everything we have asked for along with Georgia as well. Although only a brief encounter with Mark, he was also very friendly and helpful This has by far been the best purchasing experience we have had with housing yet and we would highly recommend the team to anyone.
We love using the Malloys. They have sold multiple homes for us, and we went to them specifically when it came to finding a new home. All round great agents, even worked with our tenants on this one and made the whole experience super easy! Thanks again Team!
