I found Team Malloy to be highly responsive and very professional, with their help my property was very quickly staged and marketed to a very high standard. The property was under multiple offers within 10 days of it being on the market and consequently sold in less than 1 month. Highly recommend!
We first met Nicky over 10 years ago when we bought a property through her. This time, we had the whole Malloy team involved with the selling of our house. Mark organised contractors for us where required. Nicky and Georgia constantly kept us informed about the interest in our home. And last but not least, Emma did all the administrative work. A big Thank You to Team Malloy! We couldn't have chosen a better agent. Their professionalism and knowledge about the local market was very reassuring especially as we were based overseas. Definitely recommend them to anyone wanting to sell their property in West Auckland.
Nicky is an excellent Real Estate Agent, with great knowledge of the current market and requirements to sell a property. Success of the sale of our property has greatly depended on her selling skills. Her advise to us to prepare the property for sale has been very valuable and successful in the sale.
Nicky and Team Malloy were by far the best real estate agency I have worked with, both privately and professionally. They gave expert advice, support and their local and industry knowledge was above any agency I have used. Nicky went far beyond the usual requirements to assist and her customer support, professionalism, pragmatism and trustworthiness means I will use her in all future real estate dealings. I cannot thank her enough for the support.
Nicky and Georgia are superstars! Not only are they easy to get along with, they make the whole process of selling your house stress free. They are great at communicating and have such great market knowledge. Thank you ladies so much for your advice and expertise!
This was my first property purchase with Nicky after she had sold my previous one. She is very knowledgeable with the local market and recommended a perfect property for my price range and needs amd I feel I would not have gotten back in the ladder without her help. Her service and professionalism is second to none and I would recommend her to anyone of you are buying or selling. Thanks
Mark, Nicky and Georgia have been a pleasure to work with. Professional, knowledgeable and supportive throughout the whole process of selling our home!
Team Malloy was amazing to work with! We went in to the whole experience knowing nothing and the team put our minds at ease at every step of the way. Georgia was an amazing agent to work with, who went above and beyond for us to find the perfect first home! Her commitment to helping us was so encouraging and it’s a testament to Team Malloy’s work ethic that we’ve managed to find the first home of our dreams!
Nicky has been great supporting my partner and i through the process of buying our first home. Great communication and always happy to answer any questions we have since this is unchartered territory for us. Thanks Team!
Nicky really knows her stuff and was a pleasure to work with. She was particularly helpful navigating some surprise and costly obstacles that arose during the sale process and was an excellent problem solver. Very happy with her service!
Nicky and Georgia have been fantastic from signing up the listing, keeping us up to date with open homes and all leads. Been a pleasure to be working with you, and as a cherry on the top a complimentary truck to help with our move. Rock on ladies 🤩🤩🤩
The Malloy team are fantastic. However, we worked with Nicky a lot, and her knowledge and experience of the real estate industry is exemplary. She provided sound advice along the way, and is also very accommodating. Nicky also has a lot of contacts and was able to recommend 3rd parties to assist us with minor issues around the home. Nicky responds quickly to messages and the free use of the 'Malloy Team' box truck is another tick for this trio. All the best and thanks - we got there in the end.
