Aisling has been an extremely pleasant and professional person to deal with. She was up front and realistic with up-to-date information on market conditions and their effect on selling prices, all done in a helpful manner and in very difficult circumstances to that of say 12 months ago. Her knowledge of the Kapiti Coast housing market is extensive, up-to-date and presented in an unbiased and business like manner. After being highly recommended by a couple of vendors selling their house, we chose Aisling to sell out mothers house in Raumati Beach. It was a difficult task as the market had turned and prices were falling - FOOP (Fear of Over Pricing) took hold. From the beginning Aisling was - very professional with her initial presentation and comprehensive weekly updates and commentary - Right from the beginning friendly, very good rapport - patient and reassuring as the market declined to keep going - "it will sell" - very hard working and effective with a high number of open home visitors over the 5 months (compared to other properties - generous (there were times where we couldn't do some of the things recommended and so Aisling stepped in and went the 2nd and third mile). Then bringing flowers around to my mother once it had the sale went unconditional. - flexible, adaptable especially as we were quite hard to get hold of at times) - sound advice be it from things to tidy up on the property, or on issues that cropped up on the final negotiation with the buyer. Aisling worked so incredibly hard, was patient and reassuring and got the job done. She was very kind and generous to our mother throughout the whole process and got a great outcome for us in the current market.
