We had a great experience working with Ailsa. From the outset she was incredibly helpful, down to earth and genuinely easy to deal with, which made a big difference throughout the whole process. Our settlement ended up being quite complex and took much longer than expected, but Ailsa was patient, calm and supportive the entire way through. Her vast experience really showed, and was a big part of why we felt so comfortable and confident throughout the process. She never made anything feel like a problem and was always happy to help us work through whatever came up. During the auction process she was also incredibly flexible, including making some last-minute changes before it began and without any fuss, which we really appreciated. One of the things we valued most was how accessible she was. Ailsa was always easy to get hold of, quick to respond and happy to talk things through whenever we needed. That level of communication gave us a lot of confidence during what could otherwise have been a fairly stressful process.
