I first met Trista 6 years ago when I purchased my first home. She was quick and efficient. So naturally 6 years later when I wanted to sell, I reached out to her. I hate to say this as a Chinese, but I have been in NZ for 13 years and all the Chinese agents I have dealt with were NOT trustworthy. Trista, as a local Kiwi agent, never disappointed me once. She had an extremely accurate and time efficient sales strategy for me, which unfortunately I didn't take at first. I insisted on my own strategy, But she helped me throughout the whole process without complaint anyway. That caused me 3 months and no sale. So eventually I had to go with her idea and the house was sold within a month. The price was amazingly close to her intial prediction. Had I gone with her idea at the beginning, I believe I would have gotten more money. This shows just how amazing she is at her profession. But what's most important is that she is completely trustworthy. She did everything she said she would do with passion and patience. Unlike other people that I dealt with, she didn't lie to me once, and she went out of her way to help me whenever she could without hesitation.
