The Family had to sell our elderly Fathers house. The sale needed to be handled in a kind and compassionate manner but at the same time a sense of forward momentum had to be maintained. Trista made the selling process easy for us. Not being resident in Dunedin it was good to know Trista was taking care of things for us. She went the extra mile and organized some minor repairs the house needed so it was ready for sale. Knowing she was on top of things took away a lot of the stress, especially as we couldn't be there ourselves. Trista managed to secure a reasonable price in a falling market and without the house being on the market for too long.

Trista was an absolute delight to deal with for selling our first home.
