I first met Trista 6 years ago when I purchased my first home. She was quick and efficient. So naturally 6 years later when I wanted to sell, I reached out to her. I hate to say this as a Chinese, but I have been in NZ for 13 years and all the Chinese agents I have dealt with were NOT trustworthy. Trista, as a local Kiwi agent, never disappointed me once. She had an extremely accurate and time efficient sales strategy for me, which unfortunately I didn't take at first. I insisted on my own strategy, But she helped me throughout the whole process without complaint anyway. That caused me 3 months and no sale. So eventually I had to go with her idea and the house was sold within a month. The price was amazingly close to her intial prediction.
