Peter & Wendy provided amazing service throughout the sale of our property. Their communication was second to none and we didn't feel any of the usual pressure to just reduce a price with the "market has spoken" that we have experienced before. We definitely felt they were working for us, not for an easy sale.
We have bought and sold many houses and this was the best experience we have had. Peter and his team - they really are a team - advised us of their selling plan, kept us informed after open homes, and were open about the prospective purchasers. We were also impressed that the advertising costs were taken care of by the agency. We did 'upgrade' an ad, but this was the only additional cost to us. We would definitely recommend Peter and his team to anyone getting involved in buying and selling.
Peter was so amazing to deal with. He always went the extra mile when he didn’t need to. The whole process of buying a house is so stressful especially being a first home buyer, but Peter made it stress free and explained the whole process so that we always knew what was going on. Peter is so friendly, professional and very welcoming, he always had a big smile on his face at open homes and greeted everyone. His knowledge was always up to date with the house we were buying and was always open and honest about everything. We would recommend Peter and More-re to anyone that was looking at buying or selling.
We thoroughly enjoyed working with Peter and his team. From the moment we met Peter we knew we could work with him to achieve the best outcome for us and the sale of our property. Peter made it easy and seamless. There were no dramas. We have no hesitation in recommending Peter and his team.
Def. recommend Peter and his team if you are considering selling. Couldn't have wished for a better agent!
Peter was a delight to work with. A kind, honest man who only wants the best for both parties. A total professional on all aspects and would strongly recommend giving him a call to buy/sell your next property.
Peter was very helpful during the process when we were considering property options in the Cambridge area - and in particular when we were contemplating the purchase of the home that we did end up purchasing at auction. Peter and his team were very helpful and professional throughout and I would certainly recommend Peter and More-Re to others - and we'll certainly be in contact again with Peter, should we be looking to buy or sell property in the area in the future.
We decided to sell with Peter after finding him to be professional yet personable. Combined with the best media/marketing around and a great team around him, this proved to be a good decision. His communication was great and he happily responded to any queries or issues along the way. Highly recommended!
We found Peter to be highly professional, easy to communicate with and extremely helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for him. His knowledge and integrity were exemplary.
Peter and his team are professional and informative, they know what they are doing to make a complicate journey easy and fast, in a friendly relaxed way. A friend recommended them to me, and I am passing this on.
Peter and his team have been a pleasure to deal with. They are professional, knowledgeable and passionate about real estate however it was the friendly caring approach of this family run business that set them apart. Everything has been excellent. The photo’s, videos, marketing strategy, communication have all been next level. I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them again in the future.
