Peter and Wendy were involved in a previous house sale for me. The whole team listened to what I wanted , kept me informed and were helpful and accommodating. So many agents are just out for what is in it for them. This is certainly not the case for Peter and the MoRe team.
We had a difficult sale through the pandemic and found his work and communication through this period excellent along with others in his firm,we highly recommend Peter and his firm to anyone thinking of selling and we hope he goes well
Willing to listen and work hard for us, the vendor. Produced a brilliant video of the property for selling purposes, and was able to provide knowledgeable facts to prospective buyers. Was not the usual slick pushy real estate salesman. Made us feel comfortable and confident that a good sale would result.
Peter was amazing in both the process of buying and selling through More-Re. His knowledge of the local market helped us exceed our asking price for the sale of our house. A master of Deadline sale.
Peter and his business were the most professional real estate operators I have ever experienced. They did a wonderful job for us obtaining the best price possible in a very competent and friendly manner. This is one sale where I can honestly say I thought they earned their commission. I would absolutely use them again and recommend them to anyone wanting a smooth and competent team to manage the sale of their property.
Peter knew exactly how to market our property/his communication was excellent/ professional all the way true
Peter always smiles to make me feel I am important client to him and I am always welcome. Sometimes I wonder if Peter has ever had a bad day! No doubt on his wealthy market and negotiation skills. I was thrilled to have my property sold in a short period with the price more than I expected. Cannot be happier.
I found Peter and his team to be very professional .Peter attended to any query I had re the sale process. He was diligent in the marketing and eventual sale of my property. His commission was very competitive in their local market .I would definitely recommend him to any prospective clients
Peter Tong was recommended to us by a previous neighbour We found Peter to be familiar and up to date with the local and national real estate market. Our dealing with Peter was straight forward, even during the Covid period of lockdown. Peter was always available to answer questions in regard to selling our property, his advice was straight forward and easy to follow, no question was left unanswered or treated as irrelevant. We found Peter to be of an open, honest, and positive disposition during a time when it could have been extremely stressful to be selling property. Peter also found us a new smaller property as we needed to down size, in the area that we were wanting to purchase. Both my wife and I have no hesitation in recommending Peter Tong to anyone looking to sell or buy in the property in todays market. Definitely a Five Star Person.
Wow, Peter has the patience of a saint and has helped us to find our next home in Cambridge after a few failed attempts 😊 He worked very hard to find us somewhere, constantly staying in touch, and I’m pleased to say that we were successful in the end and have found a lovely home. I found Peter to be honest, hard working, diligent and can’t recommend him highly enough.
Our agent Peter was very good at his job and kept us up to date with what the market was doing. Peter gave us feed back on our open homes and if anybody was interested. Peter and his whole team always made an effort to communicate with myself and my wife. I would highly recommend More-Re. Thanks Pete
Selling a property is normally a stressful time. Lockdowns, changing regulations and a general air of uncertainty throughout the country conspired to make it even more so. Peter and his team were experienced and always positive to deal with. I have sold a number of properties but this result exceeded my expectations and I regard Peter as the ultimate professional.
