Peters wisdom in managing and negotiating brought the deal to a satisfactory mutual closure and even an 8 day turn around from sign off to moving out did not phase him (including collection of two signatures to sign off a 21 year old carport!). Peter and Wendy worked hard with weekly open homes and through the wedk viewings.Their weekly market reviews were good and we met regularily to disscuss progress. All appointments were on time and all open homes recorded well. Our effort in good presentation was always commented on and that was heart warming. Having a large garden it suited a particular buyer and when cheeky offers came in they were very fair in representing the home at its value showing comparisons. They worked very hard late into the night on multiple offers considerate to us as sellers and the purchsers. It got crazy at the end with buyers interests and they managed it well.
