We have been working with One Agency for a while trying to find the perfect home, we are so thankful to Shaun and Deni for helping us find our perfect home. Living overseas and shopping 'online' is very stressful, but Shaun and Deni made the process as smooth as possible and we couldn't be happier with the end result. They went above and beyond; FaceTime, personal videos for us to view properties and excellent honest and reliable communication the entire time. Thank you boys for the time and effort in helping us find our new forever home! WE are just so happy!!

These guy’s sold our unit in Queenstown - extremely professional, efficient, honest and always maintained contact with us on regular basis. Highly recommended and would without a doubt use them again. Ruth & Alby de Reus

Nothing was too big or too small for Deni. My husband and I were buying from overseas and he made sure he was available at weird and wonderful times and was prompt in any correspondence even though we were asking things at 4am NZ time. Deni is literally one of the best sales people I have dealt with, and I am a Sales person. I would give Deni 5* for his speed and proficiency and and extra 5* on his care and attention to detail. Even when taking the keys, he was still ensuring that we were 100% set up with local connections and how to’s on arrival. Thanks Deni. You have been a champ.

Deni is a passionate agent who really cares about getting the very best deal he can for you. He goes over and above to achieve what needs to be done to get the best out of your property. He keeps you in the loop, constantly updating you. I have no hesitation in recommending him if you are looking for an agent with passion and dedication.

Deni worked hard on our behalf which resulted in a great outcome for us. Would definitely recommend him to others.

One Agency did an amazing job for us. They went well beyond the norm to help prepare our home for sale. And it showed in the quick transaction that followed selling our house, within weeks listed with them. They are very professional in their manner and yet very down to earth and very easy to communicate with. Thank you One Agency.

Deni approached the sale of our property in a very professional manner. He is highly organised and has a very good understanding of the market. Had some good practical suggestions in the lead up to the sale process, to ensure that the property was ready to market. We also found him very personable to deal with, and in the end a great result.

Thanks heaps Shaun and Deni for all your help over the recent sale and all your efforts during the last few years guys, really appreciate having someone I can trust with everything. Definitely recommend you guys every time and you know you're always my first call in the realestate game.

Right from the start Deni was straight onto things organising our first viewing 15mins after a call one Sunday. He continued to be helpful with queries and access to sale day. After we found out our deadline sale bid was successful, Deni continued to provide access before settlement to help us get things organised. What impressed me the most though was his ongoing support after settlement, resolving an ongoing issue at some expense over a month later! Many thanks!!

Deni was incredibly helpful throughout the process of selling our home, he’s a fantastic honest agent with loads of local knowledge. He provided us with excellent professional advice and quick communication from start to finish and achieved an outstanding result for us. Deni made the whole process easy and stress free!

Deni as always was professional, polite and persistent and it certainly paid off in this sale. He was not the first agent in this case but he was the best and coordinated a good sale where others could not. The marketing was good and the professionalism shone through to provide a happy buyer with a well presented property. Would use again as first choice!

I would definitely recommend One Agency Queenstown. Deni and Shaun were super helpful and made selling our home really easy. They went above and beyond helping us get our home ready to show. We were able to achieve a great sales result as well, one that was higher than another local agency we consulted. We were super happy with our experience. Huge shout out and thank you to these guys!
