Communication was on point, clear and precise, straight to the point with no over the top sales jargon. We both really felt it had a personal touch and anything that we asked had a answer and if Deni and the team didn’t know, they would get back to us asap, even during pickup / drop off of the kids at school. Multi tasking at its finest. You really made this a memorable experience. We had an issue on the day of settlement and Deni went above and beyond and rectified the issue, none of this “who are you again” carry on.

I first met up with Deni for a coffee, on a quick trip to Queenstown, to discuss selling a house at a later date. I liked his honesty and transparency. Things happened quicker than expected, and as I live overseas, Deni needed to deal with the whole sale process, and he went above and beyond.
