Deni went above and beyond to sell our house, even mowed our lawns. I loved the way he was always there to answer questions and the down to earth way he assisted us was awesome. He used technology like a boss and even the sneezing on the sales video just showed how he was just another good bugger trying to do his best for us. Deni recently sold our house in Queenstown for us. We purchased the property via Deni 13 years ago and he was the first person we rang when we decided to sell it. Deni gave several helpful suggestions on things we needed to do to maximise sale price and we’re happy we took his advice. The property is tenanted and Deni’s easy going nature got the tenants on-side with keeping the house tidy for open homes and particularly the main photo day when the drone footage was done. The drone was fantastic and I think it’s a no brainer if you’re looking to sell your property make sure you enlist an agent who has access to a drone.
