From the first engagement we knew Deni was going to be a knowledgable, straight shooting agent who was looking to get a deal done. Deni recently sold our house in Queenstown for us. We purchased the property via Deni 13 years ago and he was the first person we rang when we decided to sell it. Deni gave several helpful suggestions on things we needed to do to maximise sale price and we’re happy we took his advice. The property is tenanted and Deni’s easy going nature got the tenants on-side with keeping the house tidy for open homes and particularly the main photo day when the drone footage was done.
