Glyn, Callum & the whole Team Delany have done a great job in the sale of our home. Their approach has always been professional & friendly. Their positivity & sincere optimism always show in every meeting that we’ve had. Happy with the result. Thanks team!
Glyn and Callum were outstanding. Going to market wasn’t easy for us but they lead us the whole way, offered their professional advice and we followed it and got the best results. We couldn’t have done it without them. When we finally got to market, we had 42 viewings in 5 days and 7 offers on the table. Outstanding result,. We can’t thank them enough.
Absolutely loved working with Glyn and the team, everything went seamlessly and nothing was an issue. From the initial meeting through to handling multiple offers at the first open home, we were extremely pleased with the whole process. We have no hesitation recommending Glyn!
Glenn and Callum appraised our property and bailed the market value hence it was signed up in 3 weeks and sold in 5 weeks Communication throughout the process was a definite stand out and both had great knowledge of our property to the buyers which I am sure elevated the time it sold. Would definitely recommend to prospective sellers and would use the team again in the future thankyou
Very dedicated and professional team, with excellent communication throughout. Our agent, Callum, was outstanding, highly knowledgeable about the market, and I highly recommend them.
We used Glyn for the second time to sell our dwelling in Hart Road Nelson. Glyn is 100% the guy you need to contact if you are selling. Set your price expectation and other goals with him and away he'll go and get the job done. He is timely and gives very regular updates as to how your sale is progressing. Glyn also goes beyond what our expectations were and continually shows his initiative to get the job done. We understand that Glyn has a team behind him supporting various roles and the dealings that we experienced with those staff were also top shelf. Many thanks Glyn and to the rest of the team.
Ayla was awesome to deal with throughout the sales process. Right mix of friendly and professional. Able to answer all questions and great at managing communication with seller.
Thrilled at the result Team Delaney got for our unique property. We took their advice and trusted the process and with a snappy marketing campaign they had our house sold in 8 days. Great communication, and a wealth of experience made what is usually a stressful time a fantastic experience. Highly recommend.
The whole team made the selling process as painless as possible for us. Honest, informative and timely communication. Plus we got the result we were after! Thank you! 😊
They came highly recommended and overall didn't disappoint. Professional yet realistic, nothing too much trouble. Open home after open home, never a grumble from either of them! Market knowledge seemed excellent, we had to trust what they told us mind you, we knew the market was horribly depressed. Communication was 5 stars always! Thank you team Delany - also our thanks to Ayla who did everything we asked always instantly. A great team overall - our sincere thanks.
I have known Glyn for almost 20 years, and knew of his success in the industry which has been achieved through hard work and reliability. He has surrounded himself with likeminded people, ensuring this success will continue.
Team Delaney have done a fantastic job with helping us into this property and all the details that can come up when negotiating and purchasing a house. They are friendly and informative at open homes and continue with answering or seeking the material for the complex and intricate details needed when purchasing in these times. Always responsive and helpful on the phone or email when we made contact, and we really appreciative the assistance and guidance on buying our property. Kind regards. Chris
