First thing I wanted to mention is the house hand over keys I have only received a text that your keys is left there which is not expected from a big organisation like Summit handles this with poor professionalism. Second thing I would like to mention is the House that we moved in not clean at all the spider webs are all over the house the mirrors weren't clean and there are cats hairs all over the carpet in the small bedroom the glass house has all spider web which is very very disappointing.
