
My son, who lives off-shore wanted to sell a rental property close to Waimea College. I have PoA to act on his behalf in NZ. The rental manager recommended Glyn as the agent and he clearly had a very good knowlegde of the market in this area. He was able to get an offer within the first 10 days which was at the lower end of the suggested bracket mainly due to the fact that the property had a shared driveway. I was a bit frustrated at the lack of communication but the end result was at a level which was acceptable. Also the deposit seems to be a bit slow getting to the lawyer.
