Having just had Glyn sell our third house, we cannot recommend him enough, his professional yet friendly personality allows us to put complete faith in him, to do the best by us. He has an awesome team behind him who are efficient and friendly, i would 100% refer Glyn to anyone looking to sell.
Glyn made this experience enjoyable. It was easy and streamlined. We knew what we had to do and the process was simple. Thanks Glyn and your team at Sunmit for everything you do.
Selling our rental property with Glyn was a breeze. He has amazing people skills and this comes across whether you are the buyer or seller. His communication and updates were frequent and kept us well in the loop with what was happening. Nothing seemed a problem for Glyn as he went about his job. We appreciate how he was 'real', honest and upfront about all manner of things related to selling a house. We have had no problem recommending Glyn to several friends and family - who have now also experienced a carefree and great sale of their homes. We wouldn't have to think twice about choosing our next real estate agent.
Prior to selling our current home we had bought and sold without an agent many times. This time we decided to use Glyn and that proved to be very worthwhile decision and attracted a great sale price in quick time. Glyn worked closely with us, kept us informed and provided helpful and professional advice along the way. Very pleased with our decision to use Glyn. We would not hesitate to refer others to him.
Great Service. Professional, good communication and very easy to deal with
Easy, relaxed style. Knowledgeable & motivated. Great communication & assistance throughout the process. Ability to read the market & match the buyer to the property
I couldn't recommend Glyn and his amazing team more. Glyn already had purchasers lined up for a viewing before we even hit the market. The whole process was incredibly quick and painless and resulted in multiple impressive offers. I am very happy with the communication Glyn provided and how at ease he made me feel with such an important decision. I would highly recommend Glyn to anyone thinking of selling in the Nelson/Tasman region.
We have worked with Glyn on the buyers and sellers side and both times were very satisfying. Glyn is experienced and knowledgeable in the Nelson/Tasman real estate market. He is approachable and responsive. His explanations with regards to the transaction are straight forward and make the process easy. We fully trusted him with his suggestions and approach for selling our property and could not have been happier with the result. He deserves our highest recommendations.
We planned our house sale for well over a year with Glyn. As the building process took longer than anticipated it gave us the opportunity to get to know Glyn over that time. His communication skills are excellent and he would contact us on a regular basis to check our progress and give us an update on the current market. Originally we looked at an option of selling privately and discussed this with Glyn, we were so pleased he talked us around to using an agent as we noticed the benefits immediately. The sale went smoothly and the result was excellent thanks to Glyn and Tash. Highly recommend Glyn if your looking at selling you house.
Very easy to deal with, doesn't pressure you, follows up when he says he will, acts in your best interest and gets the result you didn't know you could get. He knows his stuff so if you take his advice, you won't be disappointed. Would use him again.
Glyn is easy to work and has a nice manner but at the same time is very professional. He delivered on his promises (i.e. everything happened on time), was easily accessible, responsive and he was very good with follow up. I felt that he had a really good handle on the market and he puts the wider Summit network to good use. Overall a very good and pleasant experience given the importance of it from my point of view.
We're sure it is easy for an agent to get a positive review when the market is as buoyant as it is currently. Our home was unique, so took a little longer to sell. Glyn maintained his professional, friendly and motivated manner over months. We are more than happy to recommend his services to anyone.
