This is our third property we have sold with Glyn and we have been impressed every time. We value honesty and communication and Glyn exceeds in both. Glyn navigated us through a tricky market with this last house and we felt confident and secure the whole time. We would recommend Team Delany to anyone wanting to sell or buy, he really is the best!
Glen Delany and team work well as a team. They listen to your needs, provide solutions to potential problems even before the listing contract. The team has a program and flexibility to offer a direct path actively sell a property where both seller and buyer win, thus a great job of negotiation. We have used this team in the past, will recommend then to others, and will be the first choice if needed in the future.
Glyn & Callum demonstrated excellent market knowledge from the beginning of the process to it’s successful conclusion. As a team their organisation and communication skills were professional giving us we confidence in our decision to list with Team Delany. Paul & Toni

We worked it Glyn on both purchase of our new property and sale of our old one. Honest, patient and always available, highly recommend his service.
We had a great experience with Glyn right from get go. He took time out of his busy day to show us a property (which we bought). Most agents wouldn't have. He replies to any communication swiftly with answers or information we require. We would definitely highly recommend Glyn to any vendor or buyer.
Glyn and Team Delaney were exceptional to deal with. Pleasant, thorough and responsive. Glyn provided us with sound advice, clear communication and above all, he achieved the outcomes we wanted in a short space of time. Glyn and Summit gave our property excellent exposure and managed the whole process with the highest degree pf professionalism. We absolutely recommend Glyn and his team.
Glyn and his team were very knowledgeable and helpful. We always had busy open homes and he was able to draw in multiple buyers. Glyn had fantastic communication and kept us well informed throughout the whole process.
