Glyn is a good communicator, very approachable and responsive to any questions and queries we may have had. Kept us informed throughout the whole process with timely responses and considerate to our concerns. Very professional, but with a nice balance of friendliness. We trusted throughout the whole process that he “had it sorted.”
This is the first time I've bought a home on my own, quite a daunting experience. Glyn made the process extremely easy from start to finish. He explained everything very clearly, had good knowledge of the current housing market in the Nelson/Tasman region and this gave me confidence. He was not pushy, he was very professional, is very personable and great to deal with. A great experience all round.
We were impressed with Glyn's calm and confident manner of approach to us with warm welcome. We have bought one of his listed properties. Glyn structures his Team Delany to a top quality customer service; informative, timely responses, empathy, and delivery of actions, and so forth.
Excellent experience with Glyn, Callum and team Delany. We found that they have excellent market knowledge and are hard working with clear and consistent communication. They were always available to answer any questions and work very hard. We are impressed by them and the wider team at Summit, who are friendly, professional and passionate about what they do.
Glyn was fantastic in providing us with information and following up our questions pre and post offer. He was responsive to our short notice requests and as buyers from outside the district where time was precious we found his approach really helpful. The Summit team of Emma and Alysa also helped us along the way so hats off to them as well.
Great experience with team Delany in the recent sale of our house in this tough selling market. Great communication, was always available when needed to discuss any queries. Thanks Team
We were grateful for Glyn and Callum's perseverance in a tough market and delivering us a result. It shows that Team Delany are successful no matter what the market is doing. We won't hesitate to use them again.
I highly recommend Glyn and Callum (Team Delany) to sell your property or to purchase a new property. They were very easy to deal with, their great personalities and friendly attitudes coming through at every level and nothing was too much trouble for them. They knew their stuff! I would gladly have them as my team again. Thankyou Glyn and Callum 🙂
Very easy to deal with and made buying a house very comfortable especially being our first. Highly recommended and would happily purchase/sell through them again.
Glyn and his team offer an exceptional service. Glyn is professional, knowledgeable and an excellent communicator. He is highly focused and driven to get the best results for you in a complex market.
Ayla was very supportive and would be able to communicate smoothly and time. Most outstanding feature with Ayla she is honest. Not many salespeople do have open minded and when comes to real estate selling. That was excellent with Ayla.
We are new to the area and Glynn has been great at introducing properties to us and quickly got to know what was to our taste. Our purchase was super smooth and good for both us and the vendor thanks to Glynn and Callum-really hassle free.
