Hi, I'm Craig I have 25 years’ experience in management and sales and over a decade’s experience in real estate. I'm experienced, knowledgeable and have sold over $500 million of real estate. I pride myself on achieving top sale prices for my clients and during my real estate career, I have amassed numerous honours including awards for sales excellence, marketing excellence, sales success and an International “Elite Member Award” for supreme sales (top 2% of all agents in Australasia). I have owned many properties including rentals, sections, do-ups, and building my own family homes. This has given me first-hand experience in buying and selling property and the emotions that are involved in the process. I strive to make the process as stress-free as possible and provide the best possible service in order to achieve the results you deserve. My wife Kellie and I are Mike Pero Real Estate territory and franchise owners in the Nelson area. Since joining the company, we have won numerous company awards and we were also first franchisees to be inducted into the Mike Pero Hall of Fame. When I have the occasional day off, I enjoy boating, fishing, diving and spending time with my family.
