Excellent level of professionalism. A very good realistic market knowledge. Someone who has a relaxed selling manner but has all the facts at his fingertips. I was surprised at the low commission and marketing fees however its top service and excellent value. I would not hesitate to use Grant again and I think the Tall Poppy model is the way going forward for real estate.
