Hi! I just bought a house in Picton and it is a real do-er upper. Perhaps a bit tricky for an agent to deal with all my questions and curious explorations during the purchase process. Grant was responsive, honest and kind, he obviously knows the area and what's going on really well he takes a empathetic and customer-focused approach. I also really liked the buying process where you express your interest first before engaging with expensive building and LIM reports. The process was explained to me several times with patience and I felt more protected as a buyer through this process than your average any-other real estate agent-process .
