We found Grant extremely easy to get on with. He was very accommodating, liked a laugh and had great real estate industry knowledge. We phoned from Tauranga to inquire about a property and he obviously has excellent listening skills and read our requirements in a property very well because when we flew down to meet up with him and discovered the property we had sought information on was not suitable he showed us another one which we consequently fell in love with and purchased. Throughout the process nothing was a problem and Grant promptly dealt with questions and queries whether by phone or email. When we requested a second viewing before flying back to Tauranga and he was in Nelson for the day he arranged for his PA to meet us at the property which we very much appreciated. She also was lovely and once again nothing was a problem. From talking to others Grant is obviously a popular, knowledgeable and very efficient agent.
