Ron demonstrated excellent communication skills, keeping us up to date and in the loop with regular emails and phone calls through lockdown when the buying process was thrown into disarray. He quickly found out answers to any questions we had about the property and was a very helpful go-between for us and the vendors.
Ron is specialising in the Riverdale/Awapuni market and has good knowledge of properties and values in this area. My house listed the day before Level 4 lockdown and Ron was very supportive, keeping me informed of interest and presenting offers received during that time. Once we went to Level 3, Ron managed 2 bubbles per day until we moved to Level 2. I brought my deadline closer because of the high level of interest. Ron also listened to my feedback about what I wanted the ad to say and once possible, arranged for more photos to be added as they had been done quickly to list during lockdown. He was professional in his dealings with me, honest and clear in all communications and presented the offers fairly and without bias.
