Ron has been nothing but helpful, upfront and informative from the moment we met (offered on a previous property). We actually sold via Jenny Munro and to compare the two is impossible, Ron invoked nothing but confidence where as Jenny has made the experience for us stressful and un-nerving (not to mention we feel we did not get what we paid for!). I have nothing against jenny on a personal level but professionally we do not feel she was competent enough to earn the money we gave her. Ron in comparison was warm, confident, clear and swift to move on any queries we had.

We selected Ron and Tall Poppy after having interviewed 5 other agents and agencies. Tall Poppy’s flat fee was part of the attraction as was Ron’s excellent knowledge of the housing market in our area. While the property didn’t sell as quickly as we had hoped this was partly due to COVID 19 restrictions and partly due to a couple of offers that fell through. This was no fault of Ron and he had advised us that he thought that would be the case. We ended up with a multiple offer and followed Ron’s advice on which one to accept and the property is now sold. The whole process was complicated as we has moved to the South Island but Ron represented us well and was professional and friendly in all our contact with him.
