When you find agents that are this good you stay with them, I have sold three properties using Eddie and Jolene and each sale has been a fantastic experience and each has produced better than expected results. I can't recommend them highly enough, down to earth, honest and they work hard to ensure the best for the client. Thank you guys, you are the best.
I have brought and sold a lot of property's in my time and this would be the easiest and best agent I have ever worked with. Very switched on. following everything up making our sale so easy and stress free many thanks to you Eddie . Jolene to and your team Cheers Alan & Lillian
We found Eddie & Jolene to be very professional with great property knowledge & communication. They kept us in the loop with all things happening with the property we purchased. They were happy to answer any queries we had and made the whole experience easy.
They have great knowledge of the property market, so they help me to choose the best time and status to start our house selling. Gave us all the efficient instructions for house decorations and garden maintenance. Help us to do all the detailed work. Be patient to deal with every potential customer. Work hard on price negotiation, and do their best to promote our benefits. We are very happy our selling and purchasing could go such time efficient and smooth with their brilliant experience and great professional ethic.
Eddie & Jolene are a great team. They have fantastic communication skills and incredible attention to detail. Eddie & Jolene work hard for their clients and invest themselves fully in the process, including taking the time to help stage a property, clean surfaces and even help in the garden. I cannot recommend them enough and will certainly be calling on their services again in the future.
Eddie and Jolene best examples of professional agent that goes beyond their duties and provide sincere services to the vendor. We are very happy and satisfied that I select Eddie and Jolene to act as our agents to sell our house.
Despite of our limited budget Eddie welcomed us whole heartedly on board and honoured us with our very first beautiful home on the same day literally Eddie got our offer accepted within an hour ( less than an hour to be honest). Eddie promised on day one he will assist us through out the purchasing process and he lived up to his commitment. Phone call / text or an email easily approachable without any hesitation. I literally rang him number of times including weekends ☺️. We will strongly recommend Eddie for all of your real estate requirements. Eddie has established a long term friendship with us. It’s not just about how good agent Eddie is, no doubt he’s excellent in his job. Moreover Eddie is a GOOD HUMAN that’s what matter I believe 😀☺️
Eddie and Jolene have been so patient, friendly and hardworking in selling my home in such a difficult market.
great team, very friendly and they were always available for calls and helped out as much as they could with any hickups along the way, cheers
Great service provided by both Eddie and Jolene. Good with their communication and transparent throughout process end to end. Thanks Team!
Can’t tell you how happy we are from getting Eddie and Jolene involved in selling Mum’s house. After all the trauma and turmoil with everything else it was so good to meet people so motivated and appealing to finally get things moving and how well things have turned out. Our family would thoroughly recommend The Eagars to anyone and hope your business was as satisfying as ours.
We were provided with all information required for the purchase including extensive eqc info, Which Eddie himself had read through all of and was able to provide answers for all questions we asked. As a buyer I was happy with all the help we recieved even during the moving Eddie pulled up his sleeves grabbing boxes and furniture off of the truck. In the past I have never had such a great service from any real estate agent. What a good Rooster.
