Couldn’t recommend the Eagar Team more!! Eddie and Jolene were great to work with. Made things super easy and seamless. Was so handy to have two agents at all times to speak too, ask questions and explain the process. We not long bought the property and had to sell due to relocating very unexpectedly. Thankfully the Eagars were always helpful, understanding and accommodating! Couldn’t recommend them more and will definitely use them again in the future!! They truely are THE DREAM TEAM!

Eddie and Jolene were great during the entire process. The open home was done professionally and they had all the information we needed at their fingertips. During the offer and settlement process they were really helpful and was always quick to respond on any questions we had. Highly recommend working with them.

We find it hard to express our gratitude adequately for the outstanding service Eddie & Jolene provided during our real estate journey. Placing our home on the market was an unexpected and stressful decision, and your guidance and professionalism made the process remarkably smooth and stress-free. From the very beginning, you handled our anxieties, questions, and fears with utmost care and attention, addressing each concern in a highly professional and reassuring manner. We truly appreciate that you never exerted any undue pressure on us, allowing us to navigate through the process at our own pace while providing the necessary guidance. Your "above and beyond" approach in marketing our property left us truly astounded. The level of detail and creativity in the marketing material, coupled with consistent and informative communication throughout the entire journey, was beyond our expectations. Your assistance in staging the rooms showcased your dedication and commitment to presenting our home in the best possible light. We were particularly impressed by the unique and personal touches you added, especially the marketing video that beautifully captured the essence of our home, highlighting its entertaining aspects. It reflected the heart and soul of our cherished abode, truly emphasizing its value. We wholeheartedly endorse your CUM LAUDE SERVICE EXCELLENCE and wouldn't hesitate to recommend your services to anyone seeking to sell their home. If the need arises in the future, we eagerly look forward to working with you again. Thank you once again for your exceptional service and genuine care.

Eddie was very professional, kept us up to date with feedback and explained all to us clearly. Their portfolio is of high standard and easy to understand and read. We felt in good hands and did not need to panic. Will definitely use Eddie again as his service was excellent.

This was the first time we’d sold a house and it was not as straight forward as we’d anticipated, in really tough market conditions and experiencing some highs and lows during our sale, BUT both Eddie & Jolene went above & beyond to make us feel confident and at ease that we’d find the right buyer to meet our expectations for sale. You’re getting 2 genuine, highly experienced and knowledgeable agents for the price of 1, who are dedicated beyond belief and put their heart & soul into helping make the process as smooth as possible. We were really impressed by their attention to detail, the amount of time they dedicated to us, the clarity and transparency of communication, the sheer effort they put in to sell our house and of course the package, price and execution of what they promised they’d do for us. Selling a house is an emotional roller coaster but we knew we’d picked the right agents in Eddie & Jolene, and had a lot of laughs along the way :) We cannot recommend them highly enough !

From first introductions to the home I felt comfortable and informed. Eddie’s approach was to allow a thorough view and take questions when needed and was very forthcoming with any details I needed including the whole pack of information for the home. He was prompt in answering all queries and I never once felt pressured. A pleasure to deal with.

Jolene and Eddie exceded my expectations! I was kept well informed throughout the process. The sale of my property had its challenges, and I was so appreciative of their professionalism and commitment to looking out for me and getting the best price possible. I was not living in the same city, and they both went above and beyond in their duties. Their kindness and motivation shone through with each of them bringing different strengths to the table. If you are looking for top-notch agents, I highly recommend both Jolene and Eddie from Mike Pero.

Eddie and Jolene went above and beyond to help us, they made the whole process incredibly easy. We really appreciate their help they did an excellent job.

I first met Eddie in "Jail" back in 2007. Also being a man from the homeland, we struck it good from the get go. He literally helped me in a time of need while we were working. Over the years it has grown and when we needed him to sell our house, he was there and we knew it would not be too much for Eddie and his best half and the team. We sorted the deal out over a couple of rounds of golf and to say the least, he is a man of his word and all their hard work payed off and my wife and myself are very happy with the end result. They are a very good team who can be trusted and relied on when you need it the most. Our sincerest thanks and gratitude. All the best for the future. Love you guys.

My husband and I have sold our house, from as soon as we met Eddie and Jolene they were passionate about selling our house. We weren’t just another house on their books, they were really interested in how we wanted to approach things and what best suited our situation. They were prompt with their appraisal and had good information as evidence for the value. They took the time to explain how they reached their appraisal value. They were interested in any features we had to really show buyers the value they were getting. Their fees were very clear from the beginning and they even provided an example calculation based on the appraisal value. This meant we didn’t have to calculate it for ourselves and we really loved the transparency of this. We were impressed by the marketing package on offer and the assistance provided. Eddie and Jolene helped us stage our house and they made it look amazing for photos. We have cats and they took note of that and discussed how they could take care of them during the open home, we loved this as our pets are an important part of our family. We chose Eddie and Jolene because they made us feel very comfortable and we’re easy to talk to. This was important to us as we wanted people to feel welcomed into our house and have good first experiences, we felt the experience with the agent would have a big impact on the house sale. Their communication throughout the listing and open home process was pristine. We always felt like they were working on selling our house and it was a priority for them. I cannot think of a single thing they could’ve done better. They made this a really enjoyable and happy experience for us. You honestly can’t go wrong by selling with Eddie and Jolene.

Eddie is so professional and friendly when it comes to help and clearing all our doubts. His experience and knowledge really helped us to find our dream home

I’m very thankful I deal with them, they explain honestly the term & condition of the property S& P agreement and also the current condition of the house. I highly recommend this couple especially to the first home buyer who have limited knowledge in buying there first dream home.
