When we came to the decision to put our house on the market, we got appraisals from five agents. For us it was an easy decision to choose Jolene and Eddie, as, right from the outset, they were so passionate and enthusiastic about being the ones to list our home. They were outstanding and, unlike other agents, didn't encourage us to spend huge amounts on marketing or go overboard with anything.
