After a turbulent year in 2020 we attempted to sell our property in Twizel but had just mis-timed the market. However we returned to the market in 2021 where Karan was able to find the buyer for our property. Karan was a pleasure to work with. She is in touch with the local market and has many contacts to draw from

Karan was great and very friendly. Could tell us a lot about Twizel and the hydro houses. Very helpful and professional, would recommend Karan to anyone.

Karan's off-sider showed me through the house and received the offer on that day. Karan kept us in the loop the whole way through and was easy to communicate with. We were happy with the process and Karan's role. Cheers!

Helpful easy to work with

Karyn is very experienced in selling houses which massively reduced any stress for these first time sellers. From the presale visits and recommendations to information provided during and post sale she guided us through the whole process. She was knowledgeable, contactable, patient and considerate of our situation. I would highly recommend her and the team at LJHooker Twizel.

We would love to say a huge Thank you to Karan for her really easy, professional approach to selling and buying properties. Nothing was ever hard or stressful for us as we don't live in Twizel so everything was remote for us. Thank you.

Karan is a passionate person, honest and trustworthy agent. Her advice was on point and she was always engaged, enthusiastic, confident and respectful. I highly recommend Karan to become your agent and I hope I could use her business again. She is a very pleased lady to deal with.

From the first phone conversation, I had total confidence in Karan. She explained her view on the market and we agreed on price and strategy. Throughout the process Karan kept me totally informed - there was no pressure and I was able to determine every move. Karan played a patient game and the result we ended up with was 100% what we were after. Thanks again Karan - I cant speak highly enough of your professionalism.
