Karan marketed and sold a property for us in South Canterbury. We are in London on the other side of the world and so that brought with it some complexities. Karan however was unbelievably helpful and pragmatic and made the process smooth. She got us a great price and was able to answer all of our questions along the way. Thanks Karan!

We recently purchased a piece of land through Karan. We found the whole process ran very smoothly from the first point of contact, right through to the beautiful gift basket after the sale went through. We live out of town and the land was purchased sight unseen during a level 4 lock down. All communication was prompt, professional and accurate with Karan keeping us updated at all stages of the process far beyond standard business hours. Karan is professional and approachable.

Karan's local knowledge and history to Twizel made it an obvious choice of why we wanted Karan to sell our home. She made the process seamless and easy for us living at a distance but also the added personal touches she gave us were thoughtful and appreciative. Thank you for providing such a warm professional service.

Karan was very professional and had great knowledge of the area together with valuation pricing. Kara’s takes a personal interest whether buying or selling.

As a buyer Karan was very easy to deal with. Knowledgeable, quick communication and went out of her way a couple of times both to get us through the property and also to facilitate a virtual pre-settlement inspection when travel wasn't possible. We couldn't be happier.

Karan was amazing!! . From the first phone call until the sale of the property. She had fantastic communication during the whole process and I was not left wondering at any point!! Karan was professional, efficient and made me feel valued as a customer. I was very impressed and would have no hesitation In recommending Karan or hiring her services for my next investment!! Overall experience!! 10 out of 10

Karan was a pleasure to deal with through the entire selling process. She has an extensive knowledge of the area and has always provided us with excellent information when we have considered selling over the years. She is always accommodating and extremely professional. We would not hesitate to recommend her to anyone and I hope our paths cross again in the future!

Karan helped us on of a very personal and tricky situation with this sale. I've bought and sold a lot of houses in NZ, Aussie and the UK, and I've never experienced the level of professionalism combined with empathy and warmth as I have wiht Karan. I hope to work with her again one day. Cheers
