Nicholas and his team were extremely professional and great to deal with. Communication regarding open homes was efficient and I was kept up to date with information. When you choose Nicholas Meloni group you have a lot of support and different people who are available to answer your questions. I would highly recommend Nicholas and his team to sell your property.

Nicholas was wonderful to deal with and helped us secure our dream house. I would highly recommend Nicholas to assist with purchasing your next property.

Nicholas is well informed and is most definitely the man for the job. He is the hardest worker I know and will definitely achieve the best results. If you are looking for an agent, Nick is the one!

Nicolas was extremely reliable with prompt clear communication and sound advice. His appraisals were realistic - he clearly had long term view and didn’t over-appraise just to get a sale (which many other agents will do). I would be happy to work with Nicolas again in future and would recommend to anyone, especially those thinking about dipping their toes into the development space.

Nicholas secured a sale for us in what was a difficult market. We would use his services again for our next sale.

Nicholas made the whole experience stress free and enjoyable, we were quite nervous about the whole process but his positivity was calming and wow what an outcome we had! A house sold in 3 days!! We can’t thank you enough Nick and if the time comes to get back in the market you will be our first call!!
