Divorce can make the sale of the family home difficult. Nicolas, his wife and team were professional and attentive even when the situation was challenging. My gratitude to them all. Kind and grateful regards

Great easy experience, nothing was too much trouble for Nicholas and the team. Sold in 3 weeks

We recently sold our house through Nicholas Meloni and we couldn't be happier! We decided to list with Nicholas because his passion and commitment was evident right from the very start. Team Meloni are very hard working, professional and have great communication which all combined to secure a fantastic result. We highly recommend Nicholas and Team Meloni!

This was our first time meeting Nicholas, he is very kind, respectful and passionate with his work. he found us a beautiful home within our budget and that’s what we wanted. The home area is also perfect, nice and peaceful place. We weren’t expecting to get a home during the times of high price of housing. The first few houses we checked were out of our budget, and we started to lose hope. The third was we checked was the one, it made us very happy and joyful. Nicholas found us our dream home which was just within the budget, it couldn’t get any better. Nicholas you are amazing and very respectful. Thank you Nicholas, it was amazing having you as our agent, it was a pleasure. Rajwinder and Sukhdev

Everything went smoothly. He is very passionate and definitely knows his stuff. We even got over our asking price which is very impressive considering this current market. Thaks so much!

Nicholas was very helpful and personable with good knowledge of the market. He fulfilled all our expectations and was professional. I commend him without reserve.

Well, Nicholas isn't a top award winning agent for nothing. His team are amazing and we could not have asked for a better result. If anyone can sell your house in this market, team Meloni can!

It was an excellent service we have received from Nicholas. He has got all the good characteristics a good real estate should have . Thank you so much .

We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Nicholas and his team worked with us around the clock to get our house sold for a good price and in good time, especially considering the current market. Nicholas was not only professional, but we are walking away from this sale feeling as though we have gained a new friend as well. We would happily recommend this team if you are looking to sell in Tauranga.

Nicholas has been incredibly helpful in helping us find the perfect home to suit our needs. We're brand new to the area and really appreciated all of his neighborhood tips, along with all the information and advice he took the time to provide us with, as we navigated the house purchase process.

Nicholas and the team showed professionalism throughout the process. We sold in a hard market but Nicholas still came through with a result for us. The reply times were very impressive even with a large workload. Great accuracy and we learned a lot from the team taking time to explain everything. All the material we received we to the highest standard which I really appreciated. Can't recommend Nicholas and the team enough.

Nic really knows the market, he’s incredibly knowledgeable. Both Nic and his team were amazing to work with and we would 100% recommend them.
