We found Nicholas to be very knowledgeable about the area and willing to share his own experiences and thoughts. It was very helpful when working towards a purchase.

Nicholas Meloni and team was excellent. His proactive approach, along with his friendly and professional demeanor, made the entire process smooth. He was always ready to answer any queries and ensured that we were comfortable every step of the way. We’re very satisfied with our selling through him. Nicholas Meloni and team was always quick to respond, thorough in his explanations, and he truly had our best interests at heart. He made the entire process seamless and stress-free.

Having worked in the Real Estate Industry for 40+ years I am familiar with the practice of both good and bad Real Esate Agents and the impact they can have on the successful conclusion for Vendors and Purchasers. As a Purchaser I appreciated the diligence, honesty and integrity Nicholas showed in dealing with my requests regarding information on the property and the prompt and efficient manner in which the Sale was negotiated, processed and settled. I recommend Nicholas Meloni to you as being an exceptional Agent.

Nicholas and his team have been amazing. We approached him and he made himself available immediately. We sat down and talked through our needs and he listened carefully, asked clarifying questions and then summarised our needs so he was super clear. He then provided his expert summary of the area, price, comparable sales, timelines, risks, suggestions. We asked many questions and he answered them in a clear and concise way. He kept us well informed with the process once listed and was really helpful. At no time time where we force feed real estate jargon, pressured into quick sales, high commission, high cost options, he would calmly provide the options and let us make the decisions that he would support. At no time was anything a problem and we asked a lot from him! If you want a no pressure, we’ll informed, marker leading, genuine, friendly, fun, real estate agent that has your best interests at heart - Nicholas is your man !

We both had good experience with Nicholas. And best agent dealing with property was nicely friendly chatting with him.😊 We highly recommend Nicholas before buying or selling property..

Nicholas & Team Meloni delivered an amazing result both in timeframe and price. We were apprehensive with the current market situation, but engaged Nicholas and his team and committed to sell. We followed his advice in preparing, marketing and staging the property and the property sold in 4 weeks! We couldn't be more pleased with the result, thank you Nicholas for your advice, experinece, profesionalism and enthusiasm. Team Meloni were so supportive along the way, the communication was excellent and we were never left wondering about anything. Again, thank you Nicholas & Team Meloni!

I found Nicholas and his crew by looking at reviews. The entire process was easy from the first email enquiry to the sale of my property. Nicholas or one of the team are quick to respond and patient with questions. They are on top of the details and incredibly helpful arranging everything from key handover and walkthrough on the investment property I'm selling to valuation and lawn service for the property while it was on the market. I live in Wellington and am so grateful to have them handling the whole process for me without ever having to leave home.

From day one Nicholas had everything under control and was always there when we needed him. If you are buying or selling a house, Mr Meloni is your guy! I highly recommend him and will be using Nicholas for all future sales and purchases.

I have been meaning to find time to sit down and email you between work, three kids and studying... Thank you so much for all your work to sell our house. It was a very stressful time for us, having had the agreement fall through with another real estate company and then finding out all the works that needed to be done - and then having to start the listing process again. I have worked in real estate in admin/marketing/PA positions for almost 10 years now and I can honestly say I have no seen better service than yours. You called me and kept me informed, you had it under contract with a back up offer in place, but the best thing I found was you went above and beyond to help with the settlement - researching the rangehood saga. Even when I called to tell you about it, you straight away made me feel at ease because you knew what I was talking about. We felt panicked about the flood, but once you called me and reminded me making an insurance claim is the way to go, I felt much better. You opened my eyes to the value of having an experienced real estate agent, compared to someone new in the industry. The other company made us very stressed about the builders report and lacked the knowledge and experience to deal with situations where things aren't going well. Thank you so much again, I will be referring you the first chance I get!

Nicholas had our property on his books through a tough time, just before Christmas 2022, over the quiet Jan 2023 period then Feb when interest finally picked up. Nicholas managed to somehow draw the best offers from potential purchasers to bring to us which resulted in a sale via a backup offer when the original offer fell over. We are beyond pleased with the outcome achieved. Nicholas we felt worked for us rather than the buyers during the whole process.

Wonderful experience with Nicholas & Team. He is the man who can make things possible. Thank you Nicholas for helping us to sale 35 Pakanga.
