Fernanda was a pleasure to work with. We had an offer on our property within just 8 days of going live, and she was able to bring the auction forward to secure us a great result. Beyond the numbers, what really stood out was how caring and supportive she was — whenever I felt unsure during the process, she took the time to talk things through and put my mind at ease. She's straightforward, communicates well, and genuinely goes above and beyond for her clients. I'd recommend Fernanda to anyone selling their home.

From our first appraisal until our house sale yesterday it has been a great experience working with Fernanda. She was so enthusiastic about our house, gave us great marketing information. Communication was great from quick txts to comprehensive reports each week we were on the market. We felt she was working for us & gave very positive feedback about what we needed to do for presentation of our house to how we maintained the house throughout the sales campaign. Building up to auction day Fernanda kept us informed about who was interested in bidding, yesterday at auction her caring approach was great. It was great working with Fernanda & her team, we would happily recommend her and would work with Fernanda again should we ever sell our next house.

Fernanda is super friendly and so lovely to work with. She worked hard to get our property full market exposure both in an off-market setting and then live on the market. In combination with the excellent auction team at Harcourts Grenadier she got us the price we were hoping for and we couldn't be happier!
