I'll try keep this brief and to the point, I was looking for an agent that was able to listen, bring me their sales data because while everyone says they're able to sell, they should be able to back that up with 'their own' sales. While company sales are important - its just as important to a vendor to identify who's the agent doing the actual selling... your agent or someone else? - Fiona was the only agent who turned up with proper recent sales analysis in my area, her own actual sales data & the company sales data, not just the 'standard rubbish' all agents these days seem to scrape together and leave under your nose to 'figure' out. It showed that Fiona took time pre-meeting, to analyse the recent sales data from my region, make informed commentary around what had been selling, how my property stacked up in the current market. It demonstrated to me as vendor that details matter to Fiona. Through the marketing and selling process, Fiona's team worked extremely hard in a challenging housing market. THIS I would say to anyone is when you really when you want an agent like Fiona, knowledgeable, approachable, contactable, nothing was ever to hard. I WOULD recommend Fiona and the team anytime & without hesitation - they did an amazing job marketing and selling my old home. I guess the ultimate feedback for anyone reading this & having to make a call, might be .... Q1. Would I use Fi and the Team again? And the answer to that would be 100% without a doubt.
