Team Fiona, What a great team this is, from first meet to Auction, it was all go. Especially Steven who was our personal house agent, nice friendly guy, and very helpful through process of open homes, I didn’t mind putting up the blinds for him and having the light on, when he arrived (overworked) lol Fiona, lovely girl, and always brings a bag of Kit Kat's to soothe my grumpy days. Aaron did such a great job as the auctioneer on the day, smooth and sure, got to the target we wanted. So very happy with the sale, 6 weeks from meet to sold is record for us on a sale. Fully recommend this Harcourt team, wish I had another house to sell, just to see them all again. Peter and Olivia Rosby

Team Fiona is well known in west auckland and need no introduction. When we met Fiona for sale appointment it was clear that we would list with her. Very straight forward and very importantly confident about the estimate she gave us in todays market. Fannie our co agent was amazing too and made sure we are well informed and communicated all times. And together they delivered what they promised! We highly recommend Fiona and Fannie if you are wanting to list and get the best results for your property.

Received a high standard service from Will and team Fiona in marketing and getting our house sold within 3 weeks.

We are so glad we chose to use Fiona Li as out agent when selling our home. It is the first time we had sold a home and she helped us understand the process, the best strategy and what we needed to do. Her knowledge of the local area and the market stood out and helped with promoting and marketing our home.

Fiona and her team are outstanding! Her knowledge of local and national trends helped us make the decision to sell. She gave us great overall advice, communicated regularly, and guided us to get the best value for the home. In the end, our house sold in less than a week. Fiona and her team are top notch; highly recommend.

All went as per plan . Very professional and systematic approach followed in the entire process. Very happy with the outcome and would definitely consider for my future business in the Property market.

Fiona and Fannie are ladies of action. They are reliable and hard working; communication with me was fantastic; great negotiating skills; they have a good knowledge of the area (New Lynn) and different types of property. I was delighted with the outcome - short and intense 3 week campaign ending with a sale at the auction. I highly recommend Fiona Li and her team.

I am so grateful for Will and Fiona’s hard work and dedication. Their knowledge of the area was impressive, and Will was able to use this to our advantage when negotiating. Will was incredibly organized and always kept us informed. We would recommend him without reservation.

I enjoyed working with Fiona and David. It was a long hard journey but we got there in the end. They went above and beyond with securing me some great offers, and worked closely with the buyer to get the sale over the finish line. The market was quite difficult and the initial valuation was a bit high, but we got the sold sign up. The photos and the videos the team took were great. Thank you Fiona & David Li .

Sincerely impressed by Fiona and her team - knowledgeable, highly professional and great communication. Thanks again for your hard work!
