Going The Extra Distance

We engaged Team Turner (Dylan & Zoe) from Ray White Orewa to sell our home 12 months ago. After some thought we decided not to sell. The measure of a person is their response to disappointment. They never missed a beat and immediately wished us well despite a lot of work going into their proposal. Fast forward 12 months and we went back to them to sell. Their promise - we will sell your house, I promise! And, they did. In fact, they sold it three times, a backup for the backup. On Friday's settlement, there was a problem with banks therefore settlement was delayed until Monday. After loading 4 trucks with our furniture, we stayed in our empty house over the weekend. Throughout this stressful event, we were always reassured by Team Turner that all would be well. They were right. They made many calls, pushed several buttons, and we moved. We cannot thank Dylan & Zoe enough for their professionalism, business acumen and kindness.
