We have seen Cherry at a number of open homes. We found her patient and calm, with a wealth of knowledge of the market. She addressed our concerns and answered our queries (to our satisfaction). Cherry helped us navigate the complex negotiations. When it was time to time to sell our house, we chose Cherry to do it for us. We relied on her knowledge, experience and advise to get the house ready. Cherry gave us realistic expectations while working hard to exceed them. Even when there was an offer in place, she worked hard to get multiple backup offers. Cherry delivered a fantastic outcome for us. Listing with Cherry felt more like getting a friend (who’s an expert ) to sell our house for us than dealing with a real estate agent.
From a buyers perspective, I didn't like her nor look forward to dealing with her throughout the process. Super pushy during negotiations and when there were other offers on the table giving you the hurry along. From the moment go I felt that she was only interested in getting her fees, which was prominent during the deposit negotiations. I could see the above as excellent if you were the seller who hired her.
