Cherry had very good knowledge of the market and knew what to aim for and delivered the results without much fuss. She communicated regularly and followed up on any matters promptly. We achieved an excellent outcome much to our satisfaction. I can highly recommend her without any reservation.
Best agent, good communication and great service . Cherry was very helpful in selling my property with great result. Highly recommended to everyone who wants buy & sale.
I could not asked for a better agent for the purchase of my first home. Super helpful and informative with everything I needed to know. Was there and willing to meet me on my terms and even at 11pm! Very great experience with Cherry. Thanks!
I want to thank Cherry for helping us purchase our new house in Te Atatu South. She has an extensive knowledge of this industry, she was kind, patient and generous as she worked with us in our recent purchase. I highly recommend her to sell a house and to negotiate the purchase of a new house on your behalf.
Cherry is the top sales in our area that’s why we choose her. She did a good presentation for our property. She gives good advice from her experiences during the selling and we achieved a good result at the end.
Right from the very start Cherry was fully prepared when we first met and explained fully the process of selling my house, how to market the property and what was needed to do so. Cherry always provided answers to my questions and I found her to be hardworking, patient, respectful and very knowledgeable. The tools Cherry used in marketing my property were beyond my expectations as were the results. I would recommend Cherry Ning to everyone.
First time having Cherry be my agent for the property, she gave me about all the professional advices, willing spending the time with me to explain the situation during the selling term. Under her hard working, even during lockdown, my property still had a good buyer and good condition. I am so grad Cherry Ning be my agent.
Cherry has worked with our family for many years. She has worked with us for the past year looking for our dream home. Cherry's always worked hard to find us the best homes for our needs. We are so happy with her service. Looking forward to working with her again in the future.
Cherry has always been proactive and has a deep knowledge of local residential market, she worked very well with tenants and clients, she delivered the best result. Thanks.
Cherry was the agent who originally sold us the house so we thought she would be the best person to market our house again given how she was familiar with it already. Cherry is driven and dedicates so much time to fulfilling her role. I often wonder if she has time for her own family with the amount of time she puts in. Her attention to detail and the little things she does to put her own touch on it shows she has developed a strategy over the years that produces the results. I am not surprised she is one of the top agents in the area. We as a family were extremely grateful for all of her hard work and the special connection we made during the process.
Cherry has been an outstanding agent. She has been on call since day one of our property going on the market and has worked day and night to deliver what i feel has been the easiest sale i have experienced. She not only meet our needs i feel she truely cares for those trying to find the right house to fit their needs requirements and budget which is a huge relief knowing your agent goes above and beyond to insure both parties get what they want. I highly recommend Cherry and i will differently be using her in my next endeavour and purchase of my next property. Thanks again Cherry THE BEST IN THE WEST!!! :)
We have seen Cherry at a number of open homes. We found her patient and calm, with a wealth of knowledge of the market. She addressed our concerns and answered our queries (to our satisfaction). Cherry helped us navigate the complex negotiations. When it was time to time to sell our house, we chose Cherry to do it for us. We relied on her knowledge, experience and advise to get the house ready. Cherry gave us realistic expectations while working hard to exceed them. Even when there was an offer in place, she worked hard to get multiple backup offers. Cherry delivered a fantastic outcome for us. Listing with Cherry felt more like getting a friend (who’s an expert ) to sell our house for us than dealing with a real estate agent.
