Cherry is a hard working and very conscientious agent who uses her initiatives to get the deal done. I engaged Cherry to sell our daughter's (who lives in London) unit in Te Atatu South in 2018, and then we left for our big OE to Europe. Unbeknownst to us, the unit had a number of issues which we were not aware of. Upon finding out, Cherry took charge of the whole thing, she liaised with the architect, the builder and city council to sort everything out while keeping us informed at all times. The unit was sold on our return to New Zealand for a good price. Without Cherry's hard work, we don't believe the unit would have sold.
