Cherry has been extremely helpful with selling my property in Auckland while I am based in Rotorua. She always had time to answer all my questions and concerns and kept me up to date with everything that was happening. Cherry assisted in organising the legal side of things, such as code of compliance and thrid party report as she had picked up that this was not done, and organised getting the place tidied up in order to get the best price for my house. She knows the market well and her advice is always honest & upfront. During the lockdown level 4, she was always calm and guided me through the process.
