Cherry has excellent knowledge of the Te Atatu real estate market & was the consummate professional to deal with. Her level of communication to keep all parties advised on progress and feed back was superb. Cherry put everyone involved from the Seller perspective at ease and made the whole process seamless. Her negotiation skills with potential buyers to generate interest in the property & maximize monetary offers at auction are a credit to her abilities as a Real Estate Agent. It is not hard to understand why Cherry is so successful in her career. I would recommend her services to anyone looking to market their property.
Cherry was able to share her excellent knowledge of the local market being very experienced and familiar with the Te Atatu area. Cherry is very aware of the 'people' interested in purchasing properties in Te Atatu so not only did she market our property through the usual channels she also personally contacted potential buyers. Cherry has a warm, friendly personality and our elderly parents were very comfortable having her in their beloved home of 66 years. She was professional on all levels and even though we were selling in Level 3 of Covid and there were strict protocols in place Cherry sold our property at auction for a price our family is delighted with. Thank you Cherry.
