We listed our home for sale with Kris and his team member Ma Mo, who was our main contact person. They devised a plan, which they also amended to better target buyers in our range. Kris sent weekly updates about our campaign and the state of the market to us, detailing who was a potential buyer and any blockers they had. As well as operating our open homes, Ma Mo made quite an effort in helping us locate a new home to move to and acting as our go between with those vendors. We have achieved our ambition with their help.

We had a lovely renovated, landscaped home in Mairangi Bay on a full site looking out to the Gulf. With the market turning just as we went online it became obvious, it would benefit the buyers not the sellers. Yes we were passed in at auction, (reserve was not met) no fault of the Harcourts team as they worked tirelessly to get the buyers to auction. I’m sure there were plenty of others in the same boat. As you can imagine it was a stressful time, but Kris was calm and reassuring throughout the process. Kris & Cindy didn’t miss a beat they did a reset and started again. Our journey with Kris and his team started well before we wanted to sell our property. We were looking to buy a new house, to upgrade to something a little bigger, and Mo really helped us out, sending through properties that met our criteria, showing us through the houses we did like, and even going outside the box and recommending some places we had not considered – one of these recommendations ended up being our new house!!! Naturally, after such a great buying experience, we turned to Kris and his team to then look after the sale of our property at Nile Road. From the very start, we were truly looked after and were made to feel valued, like our property and our business were important to the team, and not just another house to sell. We were given a good introduction and had the ins and outs of selling a house explained to us, including data on similar houses in the area, what properties were selling for, CV’s, RV’s etc, providing us with a good feel for where our expectations should be. It was very clear to us early on, that we were in very capable hands and had nothing to worry about. Kris and his team had a very polished, professional approach, with an impressive knowledge of the current market, trends, property values etc. From there, we had a timeline proposed including an allocation for renovations, staging, photo’s, viewings, and the auction.
