We went in reverse and found our dream home first and then went to sell ours. Kris & Mo were great help buying the First so we decided it would be an easy transition for them to sell ours. Under pressure, we needed to sell fast in a declining market and they went down every Avenue to get us there. Our plans and finances changed and they adjusted and found us a buyer 2 hours before our deadline to go unconditional or, lose the house. It had a happy ending and they worked tirelessly to help our goals.
