We listed our home for sale with Kris and his team member Ma Mo, who was our main contact person. They devised a plan, which they also amended to better target buyers in our range. Kris sent weekly updates about our campaign and the state of the market to us, detailing who was a potential buyer and any blockers they had. As well as operating our open homes, Ma Mo made quite an effort in helping us locate a new home to move to and acting as our go between with those vendors.
