From our first meeting with Kris at short notice at 8pm on a Monday night, to the fall of the gavel in a Level 4 Online Auction, Kris & his team were Awesome! Kris ticked all the boxes for us, he was open, honest, a great communicator, is heavily involved in local community & schools, and most importantly, knew how to market Our Home. Mo Ma was a Superstar, managing huge enquiry levels, and super busy open homes. Kris began by giving us an appreciation of the current state of the market and where he believed our property sat within this. He then proposed his procedure to market our property and set out his programme to achieve this. From there on the sale of our property went like clockwork. He and his team kept us informed of progress. The only hiccup was when the country went into Covid lockdown two days before the auction. To deal with this Kris arranged for the auction to proceed on line ( by Zoom) and for 7 prospective buyers to be registered for this purpose.
