After a rather slow start with the marketing campaign, I think it got a lot better after he tweaked the way the advertising was written to bring in more of the pluses with the area and also changed the photos being used which made it look far more desirable. Most of the time the feedback from the open homes were relayed back to us which was good. We felt a wee bit pressure when there was a pre auction offer that we thought was lower than we wanted to accept and were told this was probably where the market was for this property. When we decided we wanted a better figure Kris did negotiate a far better pre auction offer for us which we were a lot happier with. After that the service from him and Barry was excellent and pretty action packed with a lot of interested parties coming into the frame and a lot of work involved I imagine to bring everything together before the auction. Overall we were very happy with the service and the outcome.
Kris and his team helped us sell our house. We made demands to put our house on the market asap and the speed and efficiency at which Kris and his team worked was incredible. Kris works day and night to get done what needs to get done to provide a premium service. Only an agent with years of knowledge can provide what Kris is able to deliver. On appearance you may think Kris has a big ego and might fit into the generalised sales agent persona of flashy and out for himself. But this is far from the truth!
