Steve and Nila are well known in Remuera for their passion for the area and their chosen career. Sounds obvious but we really needed to sell on the day and at the best price possible, we considered another agent and agency but it was just too risky! Steve & Nila have a hard earned reputation and invaluable local knowledge that can only be learned on the streets of Remuera. There was never any pressure or blaming the market etc, we took the advice offered but collaborated as a team and did what we needed to do to sell on the day – and we did!, in a soft market we got a positive result. Steve & Nila helped us get the result we needed and we are very grateful for their help.

Steve was very informative and professional - he kept me informed all the way through the campaign!

Excellent service very satisfied the They did the sale

Steve and Nila were excellent agents. They helped us with advising the best way to get the house ready for sale and were available throughout the whole process. We felt they were extremely passionate and knowledgeable on the housing market and therefore felt we received 100% of effort from them from start to the end and successful sale of our house at auction.

Steve and Nila are a great team who worked hard to achieve a great result for us. They have excellent market knowledge and their communication throughout the process was superb. We would definitely recommend them.
