Steve's name might be on this review but the whole team were fantastic to deal with and made selling our house a great experience. We really appreciated Steve and Nila's expertise and contacts around the neighbourhood. From start to finish they kept us informed and made us feel assured and comfortable with the process. We'd heartily recommend Steve and Nila to others and would be happy to chat to anyone about our experience.

Great engagement and communication - very responsive to our questions. Down to earth approach that built confidence in the process. Excellent after sales communication and helping with logistics of the settlement and move in.

Koerber and ray white members are so much helpful. We recommend.

Steve and Nila Koerber were fantastic to work with! They were professional, extremely knowledgeable and experienced in selling real estate! And most importantly, I really appreciated the time and support they gave me throughout the marketing and selling process of my house.

Steve is an excellent agent to deal with. He guided us through the process in a very professional and transparent way. His original appraisal of the selling price ended up being spot on in the middle of his estimate, even though he knew we wanted more. We never felt pushed to adjust our expectations. We have now sold through Steve twice (2009 & 2021) and would definitely use him again. Steve and Nila are a great team.

Steve and Nila were wonderful to deal with and our experience buying a new property was seamless. We valued their great communication, no pressure and expertise in the area - highly recommend buying or selling through the Koerbers!

Our experience with Steve and Nila Koerber from beginning to a successful auction was genuine and positive. Their humility, values and extensive knowledge of the Remuera market is unchallenged. Our sincere thanks and appreciation for the best real estate partners in Remuera and indeed Auckland. Review submitted by Lester & Tina (Vendor) on 3 May 2021

Our experience with Steve and Nila Koerber from beginning to a successful auction was genuine and positive. Their humility, values and extensive knowledge of the Remuera market is unchallenged. Our sincere thanks and appreciation for the best real estate partners in Remuera and indeed Auckland.

I was very delighted with Steve, Nila and their team in marketing and selling my property. Communication was excellent, very professional and extremely pleasant to deal with. Great result in the circumstances.

Both Nila and Steve were a pleasure to deal with for our recent property purchase. They made us feel comfortable and answered all our questions related to the property with clarity and knowledge. Thank you both for making this a joyful experience.

Both Nila and Steve have been a brilliant help to us in both ideas for preparing our house for sale. They gave us some simple things to do that made such a difference to its presentation. They then were so proactive in finding the perfect property, that fitted our brief, for us to buy. We are so appreciative of their professionalism, non pushy and friendly atitude. I would highly recommend them for either selling or buying.

No doubt, this is just another of their successful deal. Nila and Steve are perfect real estate partner as they always do. They are not just familiar with this property but also the area of Remuera. I can certainly feel their effort to keep all parties satisfied with the deal. Outstanding.
