Prior to choosing someone to sell my house I did my homework on agents in the area. From my first meeting with Regan I knew that she was the right person. She explained everything and had great local knowledge, especially sharing contact details of people that I could use to get my home market ready. Her professionalism and guidance during the process was amazing. Regan kept me up to date during the weeks leading up to the auction, which helped immensely with reducing my stress. On Auction day I couldn't be there and Regan kept me on the phone talking me through what was happening every step of the way. To sell my house was amazing and I don't think I would've got such a great result if I hadn't chosen her. Regan has been successful due to her drive, knowledge and determination but most of all just being her. Such a pleasure to deal with Regan who definitely went above and beyond. This is the second house that I have sold through Regan's efforts, that says something right out of the box. It won't be the last.
