As the first home buyers with very little experience, buying a property was quite stressful for us. Regan and Josh were very supportive and made the whole experience so much easier and actually enjoyable. The first encounter with Regan was the title on trademe add that captured our attention… “Shhhh! Unicorn discovered!”. Loved it! We loved the house from the first open home and came back every weekend. The house was nicely presented and having an hour-long open home allowed us to get a good feeling of the space and gave us enough time to chat with Regan and Josh about all the questions we had. They promptly responded to all our queries and resolved all minor issues with the title. They gave us some good advice for bidding at the auction. Regan invited us to bring our beloved dog to the auction, which made the whole experience less stressful and so much more fun :) And the final touch was the front door on our new home, beautifully decorated with a yellow ribbon bow on the settlement date.
