She was extremely knowledgeable about the local area, the market, and my nemesis subject: home improvements. It was with a bit of apprehension that we decided to approach an agent to sell our property. We've all heard the horror stories of dissatisfied clients with their agents, which is why we chose to go with an agent who came highly recommended by friends. Regan definitely did not disappoint. What we appreciated the most was her upfront and honest approach throughout the entire process. She kept us updated regularly and provided a comprehensive report every week on how the campaign was tracking. Her advice on what we should do to prepare the property was excellent, and I’m sure it contributed to a successful sale. She recommended a builder, stager, and house washer, all of whom did a fantastic job in getting the property ready for sale. We met with Reagan two days before the auction, where she explained the auction process and worked out an action plan in case the property did not sell at auction. We are very pleased to say that this plan was unnecessary, as the property sold at auction for a price that we are very happy with, thanks to Reagan and her team. We can highly recommend Reagan if you are looking for an agent.
We initially met when we purchased our first home, and during that process we knew we wanted Regan to sell our property when the time came! She's knowledgeable, professional, and really takes the stress out of what is easily the most stressful time of your life! Regan is warm & friendly, and we really felt at ease in our dealings with her. But she also knew how to "up the anti" when it was necessary to ensure that we were taken care of and our interests were protected (not just in selling our property but for purchasing a new home too!) We really felt that Regan went the extra mile for us like she was really invested in our journey into a new home, not just "selling our house". We were originally hesitant to go through an auction process to sell our property but Regan's explanation of the process and the benefits of auction were clearly outlined in our initial meetings. Not only did Regan ensure there was competition between bidders on the day but we also got a price well above what we only dreamt of achieving! Advice provided to ensure our home was staged to sell was instrumental in ensuring our home looked smart, presentable and attractive to the buyers. She really knows her stuff! We loved the communication from the entire team - a chat group was created with all parties having access to view and ask any questions that popped up (which is really handy when you ask lots of questions like we do!). We were also kept up to date with regular feedback on open homes, commentary on potential purchasers along with indications of how interested or not each buyer was for our property. It was looking through these reports that make you realise and appreciate how much time and energy really does go into selling a property well!
